Homeowner's Board of Directors- Candidates needed
There are five (5) one-year term director positions open for the election to the Cypress Landing Homeowner's Association Board of Directors to be held Monday, January 12, 2009. Due to job and travel commitments, some of the current directors will not be returning. Therefore, we will have vacancies that need to be filled. In addition, many of the committees need additional volunteers in order to be able to continue their fine work. If you are interested in running for the Cypress Landing Board of Directors or volunteering to serve on any of the committees, please fill out the candidate form and return per the directions provided.

Proposed Budget
The 2009 Proposed Budget is now available. There is no proposed increase in assessments.

Food Drive THANK YOU!
Thank you to all those who donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank and an extra special thank you to Phyllis Hollins who coordinated and delivered the 291 lbs of food! Click here to read the Thank You letter from Second Harvest. Phyllis would like to make this an annual event with next year's drive at the end of August. She learned that summer is when many families need food in order to provide lunches. Your giving heart is appreciated.
